- Your returned item must arrive at the address given no later than 14 days after you receive the order.
- We strongly recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives at the address within 14 days. Please contact customer services if you have any queries relating to this;
- We do not Refund fine and precious jewelry items. Only exchanges and repairs are considered. The item will thoroughly checked for any defaults or missing pieces. Repairs will made, if all original pieces and stones are sent back. If the stones and parts of the Jewellery are missing or are not the original pieces you will be charged for the replacement for the same.
- Repairs will only be valid for 28 days upon receiving the item. Fallen stones or broken pieces are considered repairs, and will be charged for replacement
- We do not accept returns for earrings of any type (costume or fine Jewellery)
- All returns should be sent back to us in the original packaging provided. The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- We strongly advise all customers to check the item thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging;
- All the item comes with a “security tag” this must be left on. If the security tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded -Where provided, any designer packaging such as dust bags and leather tags should be included in your return.
- Footwear should be returned unmarked and in the original and undamaged packaging.
- We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit;
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges on goods which have been made to order.
- If your item is faulty i.e. received damaged or with a manufacturing fault then we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information please contact us.
- Returns will be credited to the original payment method. Any original shipping charges will not ordinarily be refunded.
